This training manual is aimed at Savings and Credit Cooperative Organization (SACCO) members, board members and the SACCO management team. It was designed to be functional with minimal resources (flip chart paper, markers and tape). Depending on the level of education of the group or their particular needs, some activities may require more time. Others may be a review of existing skills and can be done at a faster pace. Activities may be adapted to suit the needs of the group or the available resources. This training manual can and should be supplemented with materials to tailor the classes to suit the needs of the particular users.
